About Position
In this role, you will oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product strategies, and translate them into actionable plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring our products meet user expectations and business goals.

What We Look For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel, and mobile-specific tools like Adapty for subscription management.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Meticulous in writing clear, actionable product requirements and passionate about delivering high-quality products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest advancements in product management and continuously improving your skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of products.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions.
Participate in user testing and gather feedback to improve the product.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and familiarity with state management libraries.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and debug issues efficiently.
User-Centric Approach: A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on creating intuitive and efficient backend services.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
