About Position
In this role, you will be actively involved in all stages of the software testing lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure our mobile applications meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance testing, bug identification, and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and are committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a detail-oriented approach are essential.
What We Look For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience testing mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and verify bugs for performance and accuracy.
Meticulous in writing test plans, test cases, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest advancements in quality assurance and continuously improving your skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and execute testing strategies.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications.
Document and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our testing processes.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and familiarity with state management libraries.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and debug issues efficiently. User-Centric Approach: A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on creating intuitive and efficient backend services.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
